Presentation folders-As far as office supplies go, there are many types. One of the types that people simply can't do without is the presentation folders. Sometimes they're called file folders, manila folders or office folders. By any name, though, they're absolutely essential.

People Who Use Them:

There are many people who use presentation folders. One example of that is in academic settings. Students use presentation folders all the time to hold their notes, photocopies and assignments. The use of such folders keeps the students well organized.

Of course, they're also useful in offices. They're great for filing documents, either alphabetically or by date. They can even be color coded for easier reference. That's what makes them so wonderful.

Of course, as far as business use goes, presentation folders can be used for more than just filing. They can keep presentation materials organized for seminars and conferences. They can even be given to potential partners or clients in much the same way as business cards are given. The difference is that the presentation folder can hold a lot more information than a business card.
